THE PROCESS

01

conversation_9384902.png

The process begins with an initial chat to determine your needs and preferences. Next, we will arrange a visit to your site to take some measurements and have an open, face-to-face discussion about our approach and what to expect. There are no fees, no high-pressure sales tactics, and no lengthy sales pitches. Just a friendly conversation to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

Based on the measurements taken, we will then evaluate the development potential of your land by leveraging our teams' expertise in local planning guidelines and the latest market data and provide you with a tailored offer.

If you’re satisfied with our offer, we will then move forward with the legal formalities. This involves entering into an option agreement, which is a contract between a landowner and a land buyer. During the contract term, planning permission will be sought. Our experienced planning consultants and architects will navigate this, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled. We will keep you informed throughout the process and, all associated costs will be covered for both parties.

Throughout the planning application process, we will be engaging with our network of developers to ensure the right buyer is ready as soon as approval is granted. Our focus is on reducing stress and streamlining efficiency at this crucial final stage!
